What is the difference between Pilates & Yoga?
Pilates and Yoga both increase strength and help to stretch and mobilise the body. Yoga has more of a focus on flexibility, standing posture and meditation techniques. Where as Pilates is more functional, relating to the needs of the client group, eg. if you are slumping forward all day, we aim to get you bending backwards and increasing postural awareness. Both sessions will help clients to move, feel and perform better.
