3 Tips to Switch off & Start Living!

Top 3 tips to switch off and start living!

Are you in your head too much?

Benefit Corporate Health offer office pilates and office yoga across Adelaide, If you don’t have classes at your workplace, then try the exercises below to help your headaches and sore neck.

  1. On your way home from work, whether you ride,  take the bus, drive or walk. Make a moment in your commute where you stop and leave work at work and start to think about home. Take a deep breathe, stop and take in your surroundings.
  2. Be present! When you are at home, make time to give your loved ones a look in the eye and listen to what they say, ask them some questions and be there for them.
  3. If you work from home,  make sure you have an area or space to work,  when you finish work, close your computer and the door or tidy up that space and make sure you leave it til the next day.

Being present and taking time to switch off can make you happier and help you with relationships. If you do get stressed or are busy,  make time to relax, try one of our 2 minute meditations to help get yourself living life instead of life running you!
