Berries are AWESOME!

What are the features of berries?

  • They a mess free! No cutting or peeling necessary!
  • Easy to transport and pack up as a snack
  • They have the least sugar of any of the fruits
  • Can make up part of your 2 servings of fruit for the day, 150gm=1 serve
  • They are super yummy!!!
  • They are low in calories

100gm strawberries = 33 calories

100gm Timtams = 514 calories

  • They have been show to improve cardiovascular health by

  • Berries are a great source of fibre which is good for gut health
